A couple in British Columbia, Canada recently broke up. And the guy wound up SUING his ex to get back three things from her: Two pillows . . . and a VIBRATING LOVE TOY.
Specifically the Hitachi Magic Wand, which costs around $50.
To get the stuff back, he had to prove he didn't give them to her as gifts. And his main proof was a text message where she referred to it as, quote, "his."
His ex tried to claim she should keep it because it's meant for women, not men.
But earlier this week, a small claims tribunal sided with the guy . . . and now she has to return his stuff.
