Friday night, Intern John (former morning show producer) was in town so Tina and I met up with him and a few others at Punch Bowl Social for drinks.
Saturday I had a friend's birthday/housewarming party. My friend Cami was there with Hanna & Madie, big listeners of the show!
After that, I ran off to a get together with old Timberwolves co-workers. We played games, ate too much, and got a little weird. I went to change into my swimsuit to hit the hot tub and my friend Tony grabbed my strapless bra and pretended he was Mickey Mouse. Sounds strange, but Tony is one of the funniest humans I know so I was dying of laughter.
We hit the hot tub when it was only 30 degrees outside but we were actually sweating because of how hot it was.
And Sunday night I invited myself to Tina's friend, Tom's Game of Thrones viewing party. He went all out and made all the attendees signs of our "houses" if we were in GOT. Due to my "weather girl" duties, my house slogan was "We bring the storm".
I get scared to make any promises, but this week looks 500x better than last with no snow in the forecast. Looking forward to being able to go outside without a winter parka on!
