Dave Ryan hates a litterbug and a few weeks ago when he got out of the car, he noticed a bunch of garbage on the ground and made a video about it. On Monday, Dave went out to his car and found something that makes him believe that the litterbug heard about the shade because of what he found on his car after the show.
Dave obviously has no idea who this person is but since Steve-O is an accomplished artist he was able to create an artist rendering of this perp based on what Dave assumes the litterbug looks like.
