Let's be honest... what happens in other countries, sometimes is jaw dropping because we imagine it happening here in America and just CAN'T. Recently some shoppers in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, went into the Food Basics store and found it to be empty. It was a holiday and, technically, the store was closed — but someone forgot to lock the doors. Canadians being Canadians, customers who shopped left behind IOUs and cash. Some people in America MIGHT be inclined to leave money if this ever happened, however, the next person would come and take the food and the money that was left... for sure!
