Tina's Hawaii Photos Pt. 1

Happy Sunday! I'm halfway through my trip in Hawaii so I thought I'd share half my photos with you!!

Sorry bout all the snow...

I made it to Hawaii late Wednesday evening (we got stuck on the MSP runway waiting to be de-iced for 2 hours)

Thursday I hit the the pool. This picture was requested by Falen.

We ate dinner at Monkey Pod, which is right across the street from our hotel. This came HIGHLY recommended by several of you & it was awesome!!

We watched the sunset. It was super ugly.

Friday we went to Pearl Harbor. The Arizona memorial is currently under construction, so we couldn't go on it, but it was still really cool to see!

We did a luau, cuz, Hawaii.

Saturday we traveled into Honolulu (we're staying in Ko Olina).

Went to Waikiki. Took a pic with some surfboards.

There were a couple of food places in Honolulu we wanted to try. The first was Leonard's Bakery for malasades.

The second was Ahi Assassins.

Guys. YOU GUYS!! I love ahi. I love poke. I'm trying to eat it every day here, but this was SOMETHING ELSE. I don't think I can hype it up enough. Please go. Please try it if you can.

We got boozy during a mixology class before catching another sunset.

Today we went down to the North Shore.

We stopped at a shrimp truck.

And stopped at the Dole Plantation for a whip.

I'm currently sick in bed with a cold, watching the Oscars.

Ya win some, ya lose some.
