Here's Who The Academy Picked To Host The Oscars

Q: Kevin Hart is out, but who is in?

A: No one.

That's right, for the first time since 1989, the Oscars will reportedly not have a host.

"According to Variety, the 91st annual Academy Awards will go ahead without a host following the backlash and controversy surrounding Kevin Hart. The last time the Oscars went hostless was 1989, which was marred by infamy due to the ceremony's highly-chided opening musical number."

If you're wondering what the musical number was... watch below at your own risk...

This news comes just a day after Hart announced on Good Morning America that he would not accept the hosting gig.

Hart brought up a simple explanation for a situation that is anything but simple, 'it's too late to prepare'. This is probably the best explanation for a host-less Oscars. At this point, it's simply too late for anyone to prepare to host this giant of a show.

Let's just all say a quick prayer that Rob Lowe & Snow White sit this one out.
