I have two children and we've always been lucky that we've never had an issue with them when at the airport. This isn't always the case for everyone and in a Dad at Dulles airport had the perfect way to deal with a daughter who must have been having a temper tantrum because it's just perfect. The daughter is on her back, gliding along the shiny floor, and she doesn't seem upset.
Another girl, probably her sister, is walking behind them carrying two backpacks while rolling her Dora the Explorer suitcase.
