Don't ask me for advice on setting goals. I have never been good at it. Everything has worked out okay, but I wonder sometimes had I set goals, how would my life have been different or better?
I found this online, posted by the Boy Scouts. If you want to reach a goal, these are all great things to think about!
Since it's kind of hard to read the screen cap, here's what it asks you:
S.M.A.R.T. Goal Think Sheet
Specific: What exactly do you want to accomplish?
Measurable: How will you know when you reached your goal? What will you be able to do?
Action: What will you need to do in order to reach your goal?
Realistic: Is this goal reachable? How do you know?
Timely: When will you reach this goal? What is your deadline.
So good luck! Now you've got a starting point!
