Zach Dillon's New Years Resolutions

Everyone has the lose weight, work out, save more resolution's but I'm going to tackle some other things in my life that need more focus than that... 

1.) So... I eat chocolate on the daily... sometimes multiple times a day... I can't say NO to chocolate chip cookies or any kind of chocolate.  However, in 2019, I'm limiting myself to just 2x/week for chocolate.  Luckily I have a fast metabolism, however, it's just not healthy to eat as much chocolate as I do.

2.) Secondly, I need to get more sleep each night... I probably average around 4 hours of sleep per night.  Way too low for how much I do and how much I'm responsible for.  I need this average to be 6 with most nights getting that full 8 hours.  That sounds like a dream.

3.) I also want to try and spend more time with my kids.  It's hard when you only see them for a little bit because of school and work but I'm going to make it happen.
