I met this family about 5 years ago through a mutual friend. Throughout those years these kids had to go through being taken from their home and put into a foster care system. Their grandmother Michelle made the decision to take all 4 of the children in and care for them until they could go back with their mother. Things ended up working out differently and she signed the papers to officially have them in her custody. She knew this may put her through many obstacles and financial hardships but she knew they would be better off in her care. After getting official custody of the children She no longer had the help from the state. She has a lot on her plate and still manages to make sure these kids are involved in dance, sports, and girls scouts. I love how she is so giving and I just want her to know that she deserves the world. I know Christmas time may be a financial stress this year and I just want to make it a little easier and the kids deserve to have a great Christmas. Please consider this family for a Christmas wish.

For The Davenport Family, we got a bunch of fun, family games like Bananagrams, Slime and Watch your Mouth. We also got them snow tubes for winter fun and Elf on the Shelf. For a night out, Mary Poppins Jr. Musical tickets and a Corburn's gift card for groceries. We also got PR Cracked Screen Repair for the family free of charge for a year!
For Michelle, a new Chromebook so she can continue her school work and writing her book! We also got Michelle a Keurig and K-Cups, winter accessories and bath & body products to relax.
For Demiyah, a unicorn hooded town and winter hat. Barbie princess and Barbie Care Clinic. Demiyah also received winter accessories, Trolls pajamas and Pete the Cat book. Cameron also received winter accessories, a shark hooded towel, Star Wars Legos, Jurassic Park Puzzle, Diary of a Wimpy Kid book and 12 Days of socks. Mikyah received and Our Generation doll, doll bed, scooter and accessories along with winter accessories and a new backpack. Finally for Tanysia, winter accessories, Grinch pajamas, The Hate You Give book, a basketball and basketball hoop!
