Kate Raddatz is pregnant right now so she obviously doesn't drink but heard about something that farmers used to drink that doesn't have any alcohol in it but pleases that urge for a mixed drink called Switchel.
It apparently was made a long time ago as an alternative to water for those that worked the fields. It was made with ginger, molasses, and vinegar. It had/has lots of nutrients and was easier on the stomach in the summer heat than water was.
