This is one of my favorite podcasts! Anika works for Life Time Fitness as a coach and the director of the 60-day program.  Anika shares tons of awesome nuggets about motivation, finding your "why" when working to lose weight or hit your fitness goals and some great information about the Keto diet.

She’s a Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist, and Life Time’s original virtual coach. In fact, she’s spent her entire career building Life Time’s nutrition and weight loss programming. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, lifting weights and practicing yoga with her 4-year-old.
