My VERY Simple Trick to Drink More Water

We all know we're supposed to drink a lot of water.  I mean, look around you at the healthy, thin and fit people.  They drink water.  Not Diet Pepsi, not Mountain Dew.  They drink water.

Plus we always hear "Drink more water!" It keeps you hydrated, it's healthy, it helps with digestion, it's awesome in every way.

But I'm just not a huge water drinker.  I like to drink anything brown; coffee, iced tea and Diet Pepsi.  Since I started Medifast I got serious about drinking more water.  I would fill my water bottle and take a few big drinks, set it down and promptly forget all about it.

Later that day, I'd think, "Oh snap! I've only had two drinks of water today!"

Then I stumbled on a super-simple way to drink more water every day.

Go down to Cub or CVS and buy a half dozen fun kinds of water.  They don't have to be fun and different but I think it helps.

Open them. Set them around the house.  One by your computer, one by the chair where you watch TV, one on your nightstand, one in the kitchen, etc. Just put them everywhere.

Now, instead of only thinking to drink water when you see your water bottle, you'll see them all the time! And if you see it, you'll drink it!

Since I started doing this, I drink all the water I'm supposed to every day, and more! And it's helped me go from 190 to 175 pounds.

Even if you aren't trying to lose weight, it's a super-healthy thing to do.  Give it a try!
