I got dumped by a girl named Michelle when I was about 19. It was terrible. But at 19 you get over things a lot more quickly, especially because we were just dating, not engaged or married or even that serious.
But if you're married and suddenly a "We" becomes an "I", it's a lot harder.
We know we aren't supposed to look at them on social media. We know we are supposed to distract ourselves and not drive our friends crazy talking about them.
But what else helps? And why does it hurt so much?
