I headed up to Lutsen this weekend with a crew of friends to go snowboarding/skiing. I wish you could see more of the background because the view from the chalet is gorgeous with Lake Superior in the back!
We rented an AirBnb in Grand Marais and this was the view from the porch one morning. (The other mornings it was snowing so it wasn't as clear)
My friend found a drinking game called "Chug-A-Lug" at her parents that's from the 60's and brought it along. If you think of what the 60's consisted of, you can only imagine what this game was like. Needless to say we had a ton of fun.
We found out there are no cabs in Grand Marais and we had planned to go to a bar called "Grandma Rays" to watch the Vikings game so we bundled up real tight and walked a mile to the bar in a snow storm.
This isn't the best picture but the AirBnb we rented was so adorable and big! We had 8 people but could have fit more and it was very reasonably priced.
Overall a great trip and wonderful time away with friends!
