Friday night I stayed in and made enchiladas for the first time. I used very basic ingredients so I would give them a 6 out of 10.
I went hiking with my friend at Afton State Park Saturday morning. We went early so it was still nice out and a beautiful hike.

My friend's friend throws an insane tailgate for all Vikings game, I'm talking crab legs, ahi tuna, booze, beer, and more!
I do not hunt nor did I grow up in a family that did but they had plenty of things at this tailgate to make fun of Packer fans including this deer head so I played along and took a picture with it.
I had a great time tailgating but the game was really hard to watch as a Packer fan. I don't talk crap to Vikings fans but let's be honest, the outcome of that game probably would have been a lot different had Rodgers not gotten hurt.
