It's fall! That means weekends are busy with "fall" stuff. Like a Zombie Wedding! This is Kristen and Zac. I married them Saturday night at the Zombie Pub Crawl.
Sunday morning, I was going to take this couple, Kirsten and Andrew, up flying as a wedding gift from their friend. We got to the airport, checked the weather and realized the clouds were too low for us to fly. Bummer, but at least we stayed safe to fly another day!
Sunday afternoon, we made our annual family trip to Sever's Corn Maze. One of my favorite parts is the big cage with parakeets. you buy a stick with food on it for a buck and the parakeets go crazy for it.
And I love the pumpkin cannon at Sever's! I didn't hit anything but it was fun! If you've never shot one of these guns, they pack a helluva lot of power!
And another family favorite, Minnesota's Largest Candy Store. I love it there and have to restrain myself from buying candy that I'll never eat. I bought just one thing, a gel candy called Squeeze Play cuz I love it.
Afterward, right outside the candy store, there was a terrible car/motorcycle crash. I couldn't tell for sure but it looked like the car turned right in front of the motorcycle and the motorcycle hit him. So sad and scary. They had a medical helicopter on Hwy 169 so obviously the motorcyclist was badly hurt. I really doubt they survived but I don't know.
