To be “perfectly happy” people get 7.1 hours of sleep a night
If you'd like to be "mostly happy," people sleep seven hours per night
Wanna be "somewhat happy," get 6.9 hours of sleep per night.
On the other hand, those who got 6.8 hours of sleep a night reported being “somewhat unhappy” and those who got 6.7 or less said they were “completely unhappy.” Not surprisingly, women reported getting the least amount of sleep.
