Ghosting, or ending a personal relationship with someone by suddenly and without explanation withdrawing from all communication, is (unfortunately) a norm in today's modern dating world. If that's not bad enough, millennials are experiencing-- and inflicting-- a new form of psychological torture: haunting.
Haunting is when someone you're no longer dating likes your posts on Facebook, Twitter and/ or Instagram and watches your Snapchat story without making any other contact with you.
Why are they liking my posts?
Why are they watching my snaps?
Why are they suddenly interested in me again?
They're haunting you.
