This United Airlines Fiasco has been the biggest thing people have talked about since the presidential election. I wonder why? Maybe because to some people, it encompasses so many things that get us going: Bad customer service, police behavior, rights, big business, a shady, drug-dealing, sex-trading doctor, the fact that it was recorded from 10 angles.
