This Picture STILL Creeps Me Out!

When I was a kid, this picture hung in the basement of the church I went to.  The room it hung in was almost always empty and dark and it always creeped me out.  It still does.

So fun fun, I went on the internet just now and found "30 of the Most Terrifying Pictures the Internet Has Ever Seen."

There are some creepy ones in there, like this one caught on a security camera.

Just WTF?
