Here's her story behind the picture,
It's my son, on his birthday, being held by my dad. My dad was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer while I was pregnant, and passed away a month after this picture was taken. I am so thankful that they got to meet and that we have this photo to cherish forever.
