Botox, eyelash extensions, laser hair removal, etc. are not-so-secret beauty secrets, except for the price tag. Here's a rundown of the average cost of popular beauty services:
Nail art
Most nail salons charge set fees based on the design you choose. Expect to pay between $10 and $45 for a manicure.
Eyelash extensions
Eyelash extensions cost between $100 and $150 for a set (~$50 for a fill), and they last 2-4 weeks.
Botox
This service is priced based on the treatment area, and the cost depends on the number of vials of Botox needed for that area. Generally, it's between $350 and $600, and it lasts between three and five months.
Laser hair removal
The cost of this beauty treatment depends on which body part(s) you’re targeting. You might pay about $350 for your bikini line, but it could be upwards of $1500 to remove the hair from your legs.
Teeth whitening
If you hire a pro, it’ll cost you about $650. Factors like age and the level of staining can affect the price, too.
Microblading
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment that involves tattooing hair-like strokes on the brows to make them look fuller and thicker. The results usually last from six to 12 months, and the service costs between $500 and $900.
Lip fillers
Women in search of a plumper pout pay anywhere from $500 to $2,000 to get it. A treatment lasts from around four to six months, and the doctor you choose and where you live affect the price.
CoolSculpting
This procedure kills fat cells in your belly and/or thighs by freezing them. The price depends on how much fat you want to get rid of and which part of the body it's on. Treatments range from $2,000 to $4,000.
