Anybody that's ever set foot into a Forever 21 store knows that racking up dozens of cute tops and tons of accessories doesn't take much. However, knowing what you truly want to take home takes time and with the store's restrictive return policy, it probably often left you leaving most of those items on the racks.
The old policy would only allow you to get store credit or to exchange the item for a new one. However, that is now a thing of the past!
The updated policy allows Forever 21 customers to have up to 30 days after their purchase to get their money back on items (as long as they have tags attached and have the original receipt). The policy applies to online purchases, too.
