Slow Cooker Sunday: Crockpot Shrimp Chowder

This was a fun one!

Couple of notes:

-I forgot to buy TWO cans of evaporated milk so I used 1 1/2 cups of regular milk in addition to the evaporated milk.

-I didn't take the cream cheese out of the fridge early so it wasn't at room temperature and took longer to melt.

-AND I didn't take the tails off the shrimp before putting them in the mix, SO I went back while it was cooking and pulled them off.
