Bailey's Tropical Mid-September Weekend in 5 Pics

After work on Friday I headed out to the high school to do some hallway decorating for homecoming week - each activity gets a chunk of hallway. It's obviously for school spirit, but works great for promotion as well! Only one of my captains showed up (classic), so he and I decorated for about 2 hours on behalf of Speech & Debate.

That night I went to see Treasure Island at the Children's Theatre with my dad. Production value was really great, but it was super dark! If you want to go see it, I would recommend at least 9+, maybe even 12+. Lots of violence and murder!

I worked both Saturday and Sunday at the Renaissance Festival and boy was it hot. Saturday was super busy, Sunday was not. For some reason no one wants to buy chocolate in 90 degree weather. I'll be out the rest of the Sundays in September, come say hi to me in the big red tent by the Danger Committee stage!

Saturday night I went to the Fine Line with my friends Daniela and Brennen to see Age of Madness! Their front man is Jeremy Jordan, who is my favorite Broadway leading man (Newsies, The Last 5 Years, Little Shop, Great Gatsby). I knew zero songs, but I wasn't about to miss out on seeing him perform live. There were a lot of theatre people there. I wish he had sung Santa Fe.

Capp for tax.
