Friday night, we had the M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital FashionFest. I didn't really know anyone, I was wildly underdressed for the before-time, but I did the catwalk fine. Dave bought me a drink.
Debate season is nearing its end; I had another tiny team this weekend. Talked to a colleague about combining our teams to create one Debate superteam next year!
Went down to Northfield for the Defeat of Jesse James Days Year End Banquet at The Grand with Trip DeMann. I met a buttload of people (all three of the Clell Millers!), was a slight guest of honor (which was wild), and WE WON THE RSVP CONTEST. They played the 7 min segment of Trip calling me to ask on air. It was embarrassing. We beat the youths. I ate a pork chop. I wore the pink dress. It was too long.
Afterwards a bunch of us went to L&M Bar in Dundas. I was super good at drinking water in between alcohols! I was out later than I've been out in years. And then in the morning we went back to The Grand for breakfast and I met even more of Trip's friends.
