Saturday I went flying. This is just north of Redwing.
My friend Nurse Wendi lives just outside of Redwing so I flew over her house. If you look really close, just below the house where the grass changes color, you can actually see her waving!
Best salad I’ve ever had was at The St. James Hotel restaurant! I don’t remember the name of it, but so good! Highly recommend!
No question, my favorite part of the weekend was launching rockets with Ava and Evelyn. Ava is old enough to do it herself and Evelyn could do it with help. They’re completely safe and go about 100 feet in the air. The girls giggled and screamed and loved chasing after them!
I smoked some ribs on Sunday and they were literally falling off the bone. That’s how you know they’re gonna be good!
