Andrew and I got quite a few games of pickleball in Friday before the heat really came in strong this weekend!
Saturday I did Down For The Challenge where I rappelled down the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel to raise money for the Salvation Army. This is my second year doing it and I was not nearly as nervous except for the moment they tell you to step off the edge of the building. I don't think there will be a time where I'm hanging off the side of a building, securely strapped in, and not freaking out a bit, lol.
But I made it down and much faster than last year that I practically gave my hands rope burn even though I had gloves on.
Saturday I made plans for a little date night for Andrew and I. First we went to Stepchld for dinner.
Then hit up the Aquatennial to see the phenomenal fireworks show. We met up with Bailey and her friends too but I was too distracted oooo'ing and ahhhhh'ing to get a group pic.
