MINNEAPOLIS, MN — MAY 23, 2024 — 101.3 KDWB The Twin Cities #1 Hit Music Station, announced today that Vont Leak and Bailey Hess will join The Dave Ryan Show, effective immediately. The Dave Ryan show broadcasts weekdays from 5:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
The Dave Ryan Show features 31 year 101.3 KDWB veteran Dave Ryan, Jenny Luttenberger and is the home of War of the Roses, Dave’s Dirt, and No Phone Screener Friday. Plus, they also have the wildly popular podcast The Minnesota Goodbye.

Vont Leak’s meteoric rise in radio continues, since joining 101.3 KDWB last August, his night show numbers have been among the best on the radio station and he is always looking for ways to grow in his young career. He is a 2023 graduate of William Patterson University where he served as the Program Director for WPSC and led the station to winning a Marconi Award for College Radio Station of the Year in 2021.
Bailey Hess is a Minnesota native who grew up listening to The Dave Ryan Show and is the Speech and Debate Team Head Coach at Mounds View High School. She also recently worked at the Minnesota Historical Society and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.
