Someone near Indianapolis turned an old high school gymnasium into a house, and now it's up for sale. They listed it for $299,000.
It was a gym when they bought it in 2002, and they kept the basketball court. Instead of putting carpet over it, they incorporated it into the living space.
One half of the building is a house. The hoop at that end of the court is gone, but the lines from the key are still there in the kitchen.
The other half of the building is still a basketball court, bleachers and all. And the outside of the building is untouched. So if you drove by, you'd think it was a gym.
A guy who's been inside said it also "still SMELLS like a gym."
They paid $85,000 for it 20 years ago, and they listed it for $299,000. According to Zillow, there's already a sale "pending", and the buyer is a former student
