Right after I had Olive, my friend, Jancy stopped by with dinner for our family. It was so amazing and so kind. I made it last night for my friend whose husband just had surgery. It's so rich and easy and delicious. I make the pasta, and while that is cooking, I make this sauce on the stove top. Then I just add the pasta. I also grilled chicken and put it on top!
