Friday night Andrew and I had a double date at Chip's Clubhouse in St Paul. It was really good! I got the Mushroom Patty Melt and added a beef patty to it, 10/10!
Saturday my friend Holly and her roommate Jen hosted a fabulous Galentine's brunch!
I wish I could have fit it all in one picture but the decor was on point! They also had a waffle bar, mimosa bar, and tons of adorable heart shaped macaroons and cookies!
Saturday night Andrew and I watched the Women's Snowboarding Slope Style competition and it was so amazing to me, a VERY amateur snowboarding. Shout-out to Julia Marino from Team USA for snagging the Silver!
Sunday was a very chill day of working, watching Money Heist (Andrew and I are almost done!), and I hit the gym around 6pm. I love when the gym isn't very busy, it keeps me more motivated. So although I don't usually make it there on Sunday nights, when I do, I get in a really good workout!
