Do you have anything laying around the house that you're certain will be valuable one day? I had a bunch of baseball cards from 1966 that my mom's friend gave me that her son left at her house when he moved away. I kept them for years and they only were worth a little bit.
Allison's Pokemon collection is now Carson's. We looked up some online and it seems they might be worth something but not much.
