I have a huge connection to the Air Force Academy. My dad was in the Air Force, I was born and went to high school at the Air Force Academy and my first job was selling hot dogs at Air Force Football games.
Last year, I was asked to host a night for Minnesota cadets who are attending the Air Force Academy and it was so fun. And such an honor. These really are some the best and brightest (and nicest!) young men and women in the country. 9 out of 10 cadets I personally talked to will become pilots. So cool and so impressive.
When I got there, they gave me this little onesie for my daughter Allison's new baby, coming in July!
It was a total Minnesota theme last night, including this Lefsa station.
Complete with butter, sugar and brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sweet Martha's Cookies
Caribou Coffee
Carson played little league with this cadet, Ethan! Very cool! I showed Carson this picture and he was quite impressed.
This was our sound system for music! :-)
Me with the whole bunch of Minnesota cadets.
Thanks for having me AFA Class of 20, 21, 22 and 23 and parents!
