Colt is our night host on KDWB. He reached out to be on the Heartbroken Podcast, and I laughed because he has an amazing wife and new daughter. I assumed he was kidding. He told me it was about his mom and his childhood. I saw him make jokes on social media and heard him on-air do the same. SO I was somewhat aware that he didn't have an ideal childhood. Once we dove into it in this podcast, I was heartbroken hearing what he went through. His childhood was something out of a movie. It was filled with an absent dad and a mom on drugs, in and out of jail...and more.
