NOPE. NOT COOL WINTER.
As if last winter was horible enough, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has just released their winter outlook maps & it's not looking great for us.
This 2019-20 Winter Outlook map for precipitation shows wetter-than-average weather is most likely across the Northern Tier of the U.S. this coming winter.
If you need me this winter, dont.
