Using the ACS estimates from 2013 to 2017 for places with an at least 1,000-person population, Business Insider made a map showing the town in each state with the highest percentage of adults over 25 who have at least a bachelor's degree.

And the winner is....

NORTH OAKS 

Just north of Shoreview, 75.6% of the population of over 4,000 have at least a bachelors degree.
