Every week, I do a podcast based on the theme of my book, which is basically learning more living your best life, not just for ourselves but for the people around us that we connect with and meet every day. I've fallen short many times but I'm still trying and still learning. This book helps you avoid some of the lessons I've learned because in the words of Tony Robbins, "Experience is a great teacher.
