Dave's Weekend in Five Pictures: December 7 - 9

It was one of those weekends where I didn't have to do anything, but there were things I wanted to do. I wanted to get my Christmas presents wrapped and under the tree. I wanted to write my Christmas cards.

Here's my weekend in five pictures!

That's my daughter Allison and I playing ukulele and banjolele. She loves it too, but doesn't play as much as I do. She came by Saturday and brought hers and we got to play together!

Got all my presents wrapped. But of course, there will be more before Christmas, so that will mean more wrapping.

I used to run a lot, like 20 miles a week sometimes, and kind of a standard distance for me was 3 miles.  I still do 3 but figured I'd try 5 miles again this week at 6mph. I'm pretty happy with how easy it was!

And I got my Christmas cards done! When I was a kid, my mom would send out about 150 of them. We were a military family so they knew tons of people. I sent out 30.

Carson started playing golf this summer and we haven't played since the weather was warm. We went to The Bunker Indoor Golf in Excelsior and even though we are both super-rusty, we had a great time!

That's it! I hope you had a good weekend too!

Thanks for looking at my blog.
