I'll tell you this... I like shopping more than the average man. I buy a lot of shoes, hats, jeans, shirts... but I'm not guilty of drunk buying. However, I guess i'm in the minority.
According to a new study, the average American spent $448 on drunk purchases last year, which is nearly double the amount of stuff they bought while wasted in 2016.
The survey also found that the bulk of this drunk shopping is done by men, who spent an average of $564 -- compared to just $282 for women!
The most-purchased item that drunk shoppers splurged on was food, with clothes and gambling rounding out the top three.
