Art in Bloom is the annual celebration of art and flowers, presented by the Friends of the Institute. Free and open to the public, Art in Bloom exhibits imaginative floral interpretations of selected works of art from Mia’s permanent collection, created by more than 100 individual and commercial florists. Over the course of the four-day festival, everyone is invited to experience the floral beauty and fragrance throughout the museum, take a free guided tour, and enjoy family activities for our younger guests. Admission to the museum will remain free during Art in Bloom.

Minnesota Craft Beer Festival

The Minnesota Craft Beer Festival is an epic tasting session at the Minneapolis Convention Center, where 80+ breweries will participate in pouring some of their best brews. Each brewery has been asked to bring a taproom-only beer and/or a rare limited-release option.

During Saturday events, expect over 300 vehicles displayed both indoors and outdoors across the sprawling 20-acre campus, ensuring an unforgettable experience highlighted by antiques, classics, collectors, exotic, muscle, street rods, and vintage motorcycles. Collector car owners are invited to exhibit their prized vehicles in the show area on a first-come, first-served basis.
