Friday 7/16 -

Friday night I went to dinner with my friend Harry at Nolo's. This summer they opened their rooftop & I was excited to finally experience it!

Harry really wanted to make the viral TikTok pasta chips, so we made a late night grocery run to get all the ingredients. It was super interesting, but regular pasta is still the way to go.

Saturday 7/17 -

Saturday I had Lake Patrol with Jenny. It was a PERFECT day to be out on the lake. I'm trying to soak up all these days (and all the sun).

We ran into Michelle Young, the next Bachelorette! She was so so sweet and I can't wait to watch her season!!

Saturday night I had wine night with my friend, Lauren. Her puppy Maisie wanted to hang out too, but she fell asleep.

Sunday 7/18 -

I normally wake up with the sun (which is super annoying in the summer), but I've been taking advantage of the early mornings by taking some coffee to the pond by my house. It's quickly becoming my favorite activity. It's so peaceful and calm & the best way to start my day.

I went to my first Minnesota United game on Sunday! They pulled out a late game win & it was big fun.
