Surly Pizza is definitely your next must try food spot in the Twin Cities!
Formerly the Brewer's Table, this new, fast-casual dining experience is sure to please all when it opening tomorrow, March 30th! I was lucky enough to try out all their tasty new editions earlier this week thanks to my lady friend, Falen.

We were lucky enough to try all four apps, two of the salads & so many of the pizzas I lost count!
Definitely our fav - the Meatballs. Served with chunks of their INSANE homemade pizza crust, these tasty meatballs, drenched in sauce, ricotta and basil are TO. DIE. FOR. Must try!!
Surly Pizza Upstairs will also feature oysters on their app menu. While they will be offering a selection of fresh oysters, we tried their baked oysters in garlic parmesan butter. Hot damn you guys. If you love oysters these are for you! If you don't love oysters, 1. what is wrong with you? and 2. branch out and try something new.
We were lucky enough to have Surly Owner, GM & Chef talk us through each menu item. All the pizzas are named after famous pizza scenes in movies & television!
My fav was definitely the Spicoli. Anyone know what that one is named after?? It had fennel sausage, grilled radicchio, onion, red sauce and mozz. I had four pieces and felt the need to double fist this one.
We also tried their desserts, which were insanely tasty, but I was too full and happy to remember to take pictures at that point. Oh well, I guess that just means you'll have to go check them out for yourself!
