5 Ways Traveling Is Good For Your Health

Doctors rarely prescribe a trip to ease a sickness, but a vacation-- for one or two days or one or two weeks-- is great for your health. Here's why:

  2. People that take pleasure trips more often have healthier hearts
  3. You'll boost your creativity by getting out of your bubble
  4. It makes you a more open-minded person

I recently took a trip to Miami, Florida, and even though I only stayed for a few days, I was significantly less stressed and more productive when I returned.
