The Japanese Water Cake Looks And Tastes Unlike Any Sweet You've Tried

Japanese water (or raindrop) cake, formally known as mizu shingen mochi, is a jelly dessert that looks like a large wobbly raindrop. The Japanese cake should be consumed in no more than 30 minutes, after which it will turn into a sweet puddle of water.
