It's hard to pick one thing that Martin Luther King Jr preached but one quote I really liked is "The time is always right, to do what's right" so I wanted to share that one. I'm learning more everyday about racial equality and the work that still needs to be done, and I hope being more educated myself can help with that if even a little.
Here'e what I was up to this weekend! Saturday morning I went to an event that the MN Lottery was hosting with Alchemy. It was an outdoor Winter Warrior Cardio Class at Theo Wirth Beach. It was very cold, I believe my doppler said 5º when I checked it, but it was a fun workout! It was a combo of yoga and HIIT so once we started doing the HIIT moves, I warmed up quickly!
Saturday afternoon I went to sushi with some girlfriends to celebrate our friend Jaci's birthday!
Afterwards we hit up Park Tavern for some drinks and darts.
I had a very chill Sunday watching playoff football. That Cowboy/49ers game was so fun to watch! And Monday I headed to a coffee shop to work and read a little. Andrew bought Gary Vee's book, Twelve and a Half. He already finished it and I'm trying to read more so I started reading it.
