I'm sure a lot of you are getting mundane things done during this time. Friday my mundane thing was hard-core cleaning my shower. I clean the tub pretty often but the shelving for all my shampoo/conditioner/body wash hadn't been cleaned in months so I spent some time getting the grime off of that.
Saturday my boyfriend and I got up at 5am to head to Willow River to catch the sunrise. It was a bit of a bust because the scenic overlooks I thought would be perfect for it ended up not being so great but we still saw this gorgeous view!
The park was empty except one camper and his dog we came across so we did some hiking after and probably clocked 7 or 8 miles.
Then we headed to one of my favorite little cheese shops, Comstock Creamery, and bought tons of cheese to make a charcuterie board.
We grabbed some meat from St Paul Meat Shop as well and then I put this together and I think it turned out pretty good for my first charcuterie board! (I used Pinterest for inspiration). The bf made some amazing mussels in a white wine sauce to go with everything, and I felt like we were eating like celebrities Saturday night.
