Friday night one of my college roommate's was in town from Wisconsin so we had a chill night of grilling and just catching up. I made a pretty delicious salad that consisted of spinach, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onion, cucumber (shout out to Dave's wife Susan for the cucumber), avocado, and Italian dressing.
Saturday I worked at my serving job during the day and then went out at night. Of course my friend Muna and I were obsessed with our friend's bulldog puppy, Zeke, so before going out so we spent plenty of time taking pictures with him.
Sunday I had a pretty lazy day but did go rollerblading around the lakes in uptown during the peak of hotness. And let me tell ya, my clothes were drenched in sweat by the end of it.
