Friday I worked at my serving job so right to Saturday! I went to Allison's wedding and if you heard on air last week, Web Girl Tina was supposed to be my plus one but she left me hanging high and dry to go to Chicago so I scrambled to find a date last minute. My friend Felix came through but unfortunately had to sit through being called Tina all night long.
The wedding was BEAUTIFUL. Allison looked flawless. Dave killed his speech! I didn't take a ton of pictures at it but I did capture this adorable moment during the father/daughter dance!
Sunday I went to Grand Old Days with my friend Tiffany! It was the perfect day for it. Warm and sunny but not too hot.
After Grand Old Days, we went for a walk around Lake Nokomis.
And finally, Happy 25th Anniversary to the one and only Dave Ryan! I moved to the Twin Cities 10 years ago and Dave's show was the thing that got me hooked on radio. I was lucky enough to intern for him in college and then managed to weasle my way back into my current position two years ago and I couldn't me happier. Dave has been the best mentor, teacher, co-worker, and friend and I really am honored to be a part of the morning show. So cheers to Dave Ryan!
